Knotty Kitteh is my alter ego of sorts, my online avatar. She gives me a way to be “out” in cyberspace without having to give up the privacy of normal life.
I am a world traveler, mother, wife, Buddhist and general observer of life in all its many shapes. This blog is my musings on anything and everything, from simple daily occurrences to earth-shattering philisophical dilemnas (and her opinion of them). The views presented here are not intended to offend, only to encourage thinking of a new sort. My main goal in life is to upset other’s world view so that they can experience the known in a different way, to learn about themselves and their world as I also learn about myself and my world.

And so you know: I use the word “Namaste” frequently, as either a greeting or a way of saying good-bye. And I wanted you to know what it means…it is a Sanskrit blessing, and in full means this:
“I honor the place in you where Spirit lives.
I honor the place in you which is of Love, of Truth, of Light, of Peace,
When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me,
Then we are One.”
Welcome to the journey! Oh and…Namaste!
